It is, by far, probably my favorite photograph of all time. It’s a picture of Monte Cazazza, from 1975(?) Dude is a performance artist from California who worked very closely with Throbbing Gristle/Psychic TV (designed the classic TG ‘Flash’ logo, filmed a few of their gigs, coined the slogan “Industrial Music for Industrial People” blahblahblahblah.) Basically the best “Punk” or Rock n’ Roll photo ever in my mind. You can read his Wiki page here I guess.
